How to use this database access
This page shows all known interments in this cemetery using an interactive map and database list. - Putting the mouse cursor over a plot on the map will show the interments in that plot. - Clicking plots on the map will show all interments for that plot in the database list.
- Click "Show All" to show all plots available for purchase on the cemetery map.
- Use the search box to search for any combination of plot, row, reference, name or the year of death.
-Full names can be searched by first name then last name separated by a space.
Any matching results will be shown in the list and marked on the map in yellow.
Example:
Searching "A" in the name field will show all names beginning with the letter "A" in the database list and all plots which match the search will be highlighted in yellow on the map.
If no results are returned simplify your search using only the first or last name or the first few letters of a name.
Please note: Individual plots can have up to 8 interments, although the map will only show three interments per plot. Use the search by plot and row or click the plot to see all interments recorded for that plot in the list at the bottom of the page.Any matching results will be shown in the list and marked on the map in yellow.

Some information, recorded by the caretakers, is not shown in this public access. If you would like access to all the information recorded for a specific plot, please contact the caretakers personally. We are taking great care to ensure this information is as accurate as possible, but due to the age of some of the plots and lack of long term markers in some cases, we accept no liability for any errors or omissions. If you have any information about an interment at St Matthew's Cemetery which does not appear to be recorded or is in error, please contact the caretaker so we can make the correction to our database.
